Penny Mavridis Sales is a seasoned international tax expert with three decades at the forefront of cross-border transactions. At KPMG, she was Senior Lead Tax Principal, heading New York’s TMT tax group and earlier leading the firm’s Eastern Regional International Tax practice, advising multinationals on landmark deals. Her leadership spans technology, media, telecommunications, and industrial sectors. She previously served as VP of International Tax at Time Warner, shaping global structuring strategies, and was a principal at PwC and a tax associate at Davies Ward Philips & Vineberg (previously Goodman, Philips & Vineberg), an international law firm. Penny holds a J.D. from Boston University and an LL.M. in Taxation from NYU, bringing in-house, law firm, and Big Four perspectives to Castle Harbour’s clients.
