Ryan Davis is a cross-border tax insurance specialist with twenty years’ experience counselling private-equity sponsors and asset managers on complex M&A. Before joining Castle Harbour, he was a principal in KPMG New York’s Asset Management–International Tax group and spent a decade in KPMG London guiding global investment funds through structuring, diligence and exit strategies. He has advised on more than 1,000 transactions across Europe, Latin America, Asia and the United States, giving clients practical, market-driven insight into fund formations, acquisitions and disposals. Ryan holds a J.D. from Santa Clara University and an NYU LL.M. in Taxation. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst ("CFA").
